JOB DETAILS
As a customer service representative, you’ll be charged with the responsibility of interaction and providing first point of contact to customers. You’ll handle customers complaints, requests, and concerns and direct it to the appropriate quarters. You’re to ensure that customers receive top notch customer experience and required to have strong communication skills and able to pay strong attention to every little details
JOB DUTIES AND REPRESENTATIVES
Handle day to day affairs of the company and customers
Receive and handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service experience
Receiving and handling calls
Direct inquiries, complaints and concerns in to the appropriate section
Monitor all assignments to ensure data integrity
Other duties that may be assigned
